In this work, we would like to analyze the last book published by the professor Mikel Urquijo (UPV/EHU). In this book titled "The chosen of the chosen", Urquijo research on the history of Spanish parliamentarism through the presidential figure, since Cortes of Cádiz (1810) to nowadays (2019).
