The aim of this article is to analyse the appels summited to the spanish parliamentary assenblies by the Council of Navarre to The assembly of Bayonne in 1808 and to the “Cortes de Cádiz” between 1810 and 1812 asking to respect the Historical Constitution of Navarre. On the whole, two aspects will be examined: the spitting of foreign matters or the representation in another parliament and the need to bring Navarre´s court together in order to legitimise those changes.
