The journal “Historia Constitucional” was born in 2000, becoming the only journal in the world dedicated monographically to constitutional history. Its philosophy was to become, above all, a reference for its comparative study, contributing to forge an autonomous discipline different from Constitutional Law, Contemporary History or the History of Political Thought.
