Abstract

The first issue of the Electronic Journal of Constitutional History appeared in 2000, the result of the impulse of Joaquín Varela Suanzes. Over the course of twenty-five years, it has become an obligatory point of reference for the discipline. This article aims to present a synthetic view of the evolution of the journal during its quarter century of existence with regard to spanish constitutional history

Author Biography

Jorge Pérez Alonso, Abogado Investigador del Seminario Martínez Marina de Historia Constitucional

Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Oviedo (1996), y Master en tributación y asesoría fiscal por el CEF (2007-2008), curso superior en derecho administrativo y administración local por el CEF (2008-2009). Abogado por cuenta propia desde el año 2000. Autor de los artículos Las costas procesales en la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa; La ejecución de las tasaciones de cuentas y las costas procesales en la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y Los años Rehnquist-O´Connor en el Tribunal Supremo de los Estados Unidos: el fracaso de la revolución conservadora, entre otros.
