Abstract

In this article, I will make two reflections. In the first place, I want to illuminate Carl Schmitt’s image of Weimar Constitution in his Theory of Constitution. In the second place, I want to show how this definition may provide some both illuminating and problematic reflections on Carl Schmitt’s political theory.
