Abstract

This paper aims to shed some light on the constituent debates of 1977-1978 on the content and structure of Title I of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its system of fundamental rights, an important period of our recent constitutional history. With this analysis, it is intended to provide new elements for a convenient study of the social rights contained therein.
