Abstract

Throughout the nineteenth century there was formed a model of organization of the justice in Spain who supposed a break with the previous rules valid from the Middle Ages. Although the Constitution of 1812 marked the directives, the political circumstances caused that the process was very long and ambiguous enough and with constant criticism. This work, rightly when the first centenary of Constitution of 1812 is celebrated, trying to determine which of his expositions made real and which not.
