Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present an overview of the political events that mark the configuration of the relationship between law and politics in Brazil from 1930 to 1937. These facts are inserted in a context of great economic and social fragmentation that fostered new institutional arrangements in our history. These movements recorded a significant turning point culminating in the production of a constitution in 1934, and because its thematic ine-ditismo establishes a pedagogical effect to the national constitutionalism.
